dvm360 offers a variety of pricing depending on when you book and what package you choose. For more pricing information, visit the registration page of the specific conference you are interested in.

Registration includes access to educational sessions, including keynote presentations, receptions, sponsored programs, and access to the exhibit hall. Registration also includes digital proceedings (lecture notes), which the faculty will provide. Networking breaks, including complimentary breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and receptions, will also be included. Separate registration and/or fees may be required for any hands-on labs and offsite events in conjunction with the conference.

If you have multiple staff attending from your organization, at this time we are unable to offer the group registration function due to the requirement for each individual to agree to the terms and waiver. Each individual must register on their own.

Kansas City is the only conference location that currently offers guest passes. See that registration page for full details. We do not offer guest or exhibit hall passes for other four conferences. Anyone who wishes access to the conference in any capacity must be a paid registrant.

The dvm360 program schedule is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any event or the conference as a whole, at any time for any reason and without prior notice. Dvm360 cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor, speaker, or entertainer or that any scheduled event will take place.

In the event that dvm360 cancels the in-person conference, we shall automatically transition attendees into a virtual event program, if available, and refund the difference in registration fees paid by attendees for this event. All individuals will also be given the opportunity to apply their registration in full to any other dvm360 conference in the same calendar year. In the unlikely event that all dvm360 conferences are cancelled in full, dvm360 will fully refund all registration fees received, but shall have no further obligation to attendees, monetary or otherwise. Accordingly, dvm360 shall in no event have any liability to attendees and shall have no other obligation of any type except as expressly stated above. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised. Dvm360 is not responsible for errors or omissions on the website or promotional materials.

If attendees need to cancel their registration, they may do so for a full refund, less a $100.00 service charge. Please do so as soon as possible, as the cutoff date for refunds varies by conference (typically 30 days out from the conference date). All cancellations must be in writing via email to events@DVM360.com. Attendees who register after the cancellation deadline date or who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. No refunds are available for no-shows. Any refunds (less fees, if any) will be processed and issued 30 days after the event's end date.

Cancelling dvm360 conference registration will not automatically cancel hotel reservations. The attendee is responsible for canceling any hotel and all related travel plans. Dvm360 will not be responsible for any travel plans not canceled, including but not limited to hotel reservations.

All our conferences and symposiums are specifically designed with continuing education as the pillar of our program. We strive to achieve the greatest number of credit hours each attendee may earn with a balance of refreshing breaks, meals, networking, entertainment, and wellbeing opportunities. In addition to our regular CE sessions, CE credit hours are awarded for keynote addresses, lunch and dinner CE programs, and hands-on labs and workshops. To learn the specific number of CEs an individual learner may earn per conference or symposium, please visit the specific event program online from our Live Events menu or within the print program guide at the event.

We recognize that Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE®) approved CE programs by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) are widely recognized by veterinary professionals as quality courses that help them meet their licensure requirements. dvm360® is a recognized CE Provider of RACE®-approved CE programs. As a result, our conferences/symposiums have been RACE®-approved historically, and we expect to continue providing RACE®-approved CE programs for our future CE events.

Note: The RACE® committee reviews programs based on the RACE® Standards. RACE® does not accredit, endorse, or certify any program or person, nor does it approve or validate the content of any program. Additionally, RACE® approves contact hours/credit hours, not continuing education units (CEUs).

RACE-approved programs are accepted without additional jurisdictional approval by 61 North American regulatory bodies. Visit https://www.aavsb.org/CE-Services/RACE/race-acceptance to view the list of these jurisdictions.

We offer automated CE certificate tracking with badge scanning.

Here's what you need to do:
• Scan your badge at the entrance of each session you attend, including the keynote presentations, sponsored lunches, labs, and the learning lounges in the exhibit hall.
• If you missed scanning your badge when you entered the session, visit the registration desk to have the missing session added to your schedule.

The CE certificate for each session you attended will be a single CE certificate transcript.

After each day of the conference, you will receive an email from Fetch with a link to download a PDF of your CE certificate transcript. The email will be sent from Fetch or a dvm360 conference address.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. Unfortunately, if you have opted out or unsubscribed from emails, the email containing your CE transcript will be blocked.

As a registered conference participant, Fetch provides complimentary access to conference proceedings by session if provided by the faculty. Additional information on downloading conference proceedings will be sent to all attendees and included in the printed conference guide.

Please be advised that our continuing education credits may not be accepted in a different country. Please note that dvm360 does not provide any invitation letters.

We are unable to provide coat/bag check at the convention center.

Service animals are permitted. Attendees will need to be able to show proof of rabies vaccination (or proof of medical exemption from vaccination). Dogs must be on a leash (exceptions may apply according to the type of demonstration, if working at an exhibit booth). Service animals must receive food, water, and elimination breaks at least every 4 hours. Animals must have access to an appropriate resting space.

Dvm360 fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act and its rules and regulations. If any participant in this educational activity needs accommodations, please indicate so on the registration form. We’ll contact you for any additional information. Attendees can also contact us directly with additional questions about accessibility needs.

Know Before You Go: About a week before the conference, we will send a Know Before You Go email with additional important information for onsite.

In the Know Before You Go email, there will be a link to the official conference guide, which contains a map of the convention center indicating where to find registration, the exhibit hall, and the sessions. You will also receive a printed copy of the conference guide onsite when you pick up your name badge and tote bag.

The conference mobile app puts conference information at your fingertips! About 1 week before the conference, you will receive an email invitation containing instructions on how to download the app. The invite is sent to the email address used for registration. To gain access, you will be prompted to enter your first name, last name, and the email you used to register. The app allows attendees to:
• Access the conference schedule, create your agenda, and highlight your desired location. • See all conference speakers, read speaker bios, and see a list of speaker presentations. • Check out the exhibitors and locate their booths on the map.
• Get important updates and exciting offers through the app through push notifications.

The Fetch dvm360® Conference reserves the exclusive rights to all recordings or reproductions of the conference supporting materials. Unauthorized recording, by any means, is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, recording of presentations or reproductions of supporting audio/visual materials, exhibits, and other supporting continuing education materials. By attending a Fetch dvm360® Conference, meeting or related activity (“Events”), all participants, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and guests (“you”) create an agreement between you and the Fetch dvm360® Conference regarding the use and distribution of your image, including but not limited to your name, voice, and likeness (“Image”). By attending the Events , you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and/or audio recordings may be taken of you, and you grant permission to Fetch dvm360® Conference (and its agents) to utilize, in perpetuity, your Image in any electronic or print distribution, or by other means hereinafter created, both now and in the future, for any lawful purpose as determined by the Fetch dvm360® Conference.

Dvm360 is required to meet all fire safety codes, including room capacity requirements. All rooms have limited capacity; unless specified otherwise, all events, entertainment, sponsored events, keynote presentations, and sessions are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. CE session room attendance will be moderated. CE session doors will be closed once CE sessions are at full capacity, and no further attendees will be permitted. Seating within a CE session is not guaranteed. Please plan to transition between CE sessions within the 15-minute scheduled timeframe. CE sessions have limited seating and standing capacity. No additional chairs/tables may be brought into CE rooms and/or moved in any way. Seating on the CE session rooms floor is prohibited due to fire safety codes. Reserving or saving seats for others is prohibited within CE session rooms. Using seats to hold personal belongings is prohibited within CE session rooms. Attendance at CE sessions may require badge entrance scanning for sponsorship purposes.

I acknowledge and fully assume the risk and hazards of acquiring a communicable illness and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death to myself, my spouse, children, unborn child, or relatives. I acknowledge that Company may share my personal information for the purpose of contact tracing if the need arises, and I hereby consent to the release of my personal information for such purpose. I hereby release covenant not to sue, forever discharge, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates from all liability claims and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from participating in the Activity. I assume all risks of losses, damages, or injuries that may be sustained while participating in the Activity. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the venue, employees, vendors, agents, and representatives, whether a communicable illness occurs before, during, or after participation in the Activity.
