CE

All our conferences and symposiums are specifically designed with continuing education as the pillar of our program. We strive to achieve the greatest number of credit hours each attendee may earn with a balance of refreshing breaks, meals, networking, entertainment, and wellbeing opportunities. In addition to our regular CE sessions, CE credit hours are also awarded for keynote address, lunch and dinner CE programs, and hands-on labs and workshops. To learn the specific number of CEs an Individual learner may earn per each conference or symposium, please visit the specific event program online from our Live Events menu or within the print program guide at the event.

We recognize that Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE®) approved CE programs by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) are widely recognized by veterinary professionals as quality courses that help them meet their licensure requirements. dvm360® is a recognized CE Provider of RACE®-approved CE programs.   As a result, our conferences/symposiums have been RACE®-approved historically and we expect to continue providing RACE®-approved CE programs for our future CE events.

Please visit our Live Events menu to obtain the RACE®-approved status of our upcoming conferences/symposiums.

Note: The RACE® committee reviews programs based on the RACE® Standards. RACE® does not accredit, endorse, or certify any program or person, nor does it approve or validate the content of any program. Additionally, RACE® approves contact hours/credit hours, not continuing education units (CEUs).

RACE®-approved programs are accepted without additional jurisdictional approval by 61 North American regulatory bodies. Click here to view the list of these jurisdictions.

State veterinary licenses are issued by the veterinary regulatory board or licensure entity within each state. Therefore, each state determines its prerequisites for licensure eligibility and licensure. We cannot guarantee every state will accept the CE credits offered by dvm360®. Participants should contact their veterinary boards for specific clarifications and to see whether a program will meet their criteria for continuing education. Rules and regulations are constantly reviewed and/or updated, and changes take a while to become effective. Please click here to locate your state board website and get additional information about CE regulations.

AAVSB requires all CE providers, including dvm360®, to maintain and provide attendance records of our attendees per each CE course. At this time, dvm360® does NOT scan badges for each CE course and requires attendees to self-report and claim their CE certificate online via our CE Tracker platform, dvm360 Flex™. Register for a free account at ce.dvm360.com/register (this is separate registration from your conference registration.) Or log in to your account at dvm360.com/Flex.

A dvm360 Flex™ account empowers you to:

  • Learn and earn even more CE credit hours for free from our on-demand, multimodal CE programs.
  • Access all of your CE courses you’ve earned from dvm360® in one easy-to-use platform that you can access anytime.
  • Print and share your dvm360 Flex™ CE Transcript. (Please note: dvm360 Flex™ automatically syncs your dvm360 Flex™ CE transcript with AAVSB RACETrack, as required, so when you claim your CE credit hours via dvm360 Flex™, your RACETrack account is automatically updated.)
  • Save, print, or share your dvm360® CE certificate. (Please note: CE certificates are no longer required by AAVSB as proof of earning credit hours due to AAVSB RACETrack online program that integrates with dvm360 Flex™. However, dvm360® provides certificates which are suitable for displaying in your veterinary practice as a professional courtesy. Attendees who only prefer to track their CE credit hours should continue to do so via dvm360 Flex™ CE Tracker.

Specific CE Tracking information per each conference/symposium is available both online and in the program guides per each event. You may also visit Customer Support for more information at ce.dvm360.com/support.
