Lab Description:
Take your cruciate surgery skills to the next level with this immersive, hands-on lab focused on Tibial Tuberosity Advancement (TTA) using the MMP technique. Designed as a progressive surgical course, this workshop provides practical, repeatable training for the treatment of canine cruciate ligament disease.
Through guided instruction and hands-on sawbone practice, you’ll gain the confidence and technical skills needed to successfully perform this procedure in your own clinic—while achieving strong, reliable outcomes for your patients.
Prerequisites:
4 hours of required online coursework (included with registration). Access to the online course will be emailed to registrants.

Lab Description:
Join this immersive hands-on lab focused on the diagnosis and surgical management of patella luxation, featuring an in-depth introduction to RidgeStop™, a novel and less-aggressive alternative to traditional sulcoplasty techniques.
This course begins with a 1-hour lecture covering the fundamentals of patella luxation and available surgical treatment options, followed by 2 hours of hands-on lab time designed to build confidence and technical proficiency. With a strong focus on RidgeStop™, you’ll gain practical experience with an approach that minimizes trauma while maintaining effective joint stabilization.

Lab Description:
Join this immersive, hands-on ophthalmology workshop designed specifically for general practitioners. In this collaborative, case-based session, attendees will work in small teams to evaluate and solve real-world ophthalmologic cases commonly encountered in practice.
Each case will include clinical images, patient signalment, and detailed case histories—covering conditions such as retinal detachment, uveitis, lens luxation, and iris cysts. Participants will be guided through diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, and identification of breed-related risk factors.
Expert faculty Dr. Josh Broadwater and Dr. Natalie Marks will provide real-time insights and clinical pearls throughout the workshop. Dr. Broadwater will place special emphasis on helping attendees distinguish cases that require urgent specialty referral versus those that can be confidently managed in general practice or through appropriate home care.

None. Participants are encouraged to attend Dr. Josh Broadwater’s ophthalmology presentations on Saturday, March 14 for additional context.
